Join the citizens of Evermire for a potluck style banquet as the first Solarean Adventures event of 2024! Please carefully read the information below to RSVP.

Pricing: $30 per person. $20 if you sign up on the spreadsheet below and bring a dish.

Payment: We accept electronic payments via Venmo and PayPal or cash. No card transactions, sorry!

Dress Code: Fantasy attire. If you would like to dress formally as your character you can, but it is absolutely not required.

Food: We are going to do a potluck style event for this year's Winter Ball. If you are going to bring a dish, please make sure it is enough to serve at least 10 people. While not everyone may be able to get a taste of every dish, there should be enough food for everyone. Sign up by clicking here.

Drinks: The venue provides all drinks that will be consumed on their property. That means drinks are not eligible for the potluck discount. This will also be a dry event. Is it Sunday and most people have work the next day.

Other info: The venue has outdoor space including fire pits, seating, and open space. This means that people can spar in the grass if they would like to. Since we are not having alcohol, sparring while impaired will not be an issue. There will also be some games players can participate in inside the venue.

This event is in-play and will offer XP to those who can make it. In-play, this is a winter banquet for the town hosted in the Evermire tavern.

Side note: This is a low stakes event. If you have a friend or partner who isn't sure about LARPing or just wants to meet the people you tell stories about to put a face to a name, this is a great event to bring them to. There will be an out of play area where they can hang out. If they want to make something to bring, have them sign up via the Google doc.
