Our event will take place from 6PM Friday, May 26th through 10AM Monday, May 29th at Fort Eversgerd in Germantown, IL. Parking is limited, so *carpooling is highly encouraged*. Bathroom available on site.

Our game will take place over the weekend starting with a tavern night on Friday, full days of gameplay on Saturday and Sunday, and camping from Friday night through Monday morning for those interested. When you arrive, please check-in with one of the GMs. Check-in for Friday night camping and tavern night will begin at 6PM on Friday, with "Game-On" being called around 8PM. If you plan on camping, please respect quiet hours from 1AM until 7AM.

Saturday morning check-in for the game will begin at 8AM. If you haven't already, please turn in a signed waiver. This event costs $20 per full game day, per person, plus an extra $5 to attend Friday's Tavern Night (for a total $45 for the entire weekend). ALL weapons and shields will need to pass a safety-check prior to the beginning of the event. If you don't have your own weapon, there will be some available for rent. Pre-game announcements will begin around 9AM on Saturday and Sunday with “Game-On” being called immediately following, so make sure you are checked in before then. All players must attend pre-game announcements.

If this is your first game, you will be required to go on a brief "tutorial quest" during which general rules will be reviewed and you will be walked through a combat scenario. You MUST complete this quest before you will be allowed to engage in game-play and combat. This will begin after general announcements have been made and "Game-On" is called. It is recommended that you arrive and check-in by 9:00AM if this is your first event.

Please bring anything you might need to make this event safe and fun, such as sunscreen, bug repellant, food, and water!
