Our event will take place from 7PM Friday Oct. 29th through 10AM Sunday, Oct. 31st at Fort Eversgerd in Germantown, IL. Parking is limited, so *carpooling is highly encouraged*. Bathroom available on site.

Our game will take place over the weekend starting with a tavern night on Friday, full day of gameplay on Saturday, and camping from Friday night through Sunday morning for those interested. When you arrive, please check-in with one of the GMs. Check-in for Friday night camping and tavern night will begin at 6PM on Friday. If you plan on camping, please respect quiet hours from 1AM until 7AM.

Saturday morning check-in for the game will begin at 9AM. If you haven't already, please turn in a signed waiver. This event costs $20 per person, plus an extra $5 (for a total $25) to camp one or both nights. ALL weapons and shields will need to pass a safety-check prior to the beginning of the event. If you don't have your own weapon, there will be some available for rent. Pre-game announcements will begin around 10AM with “Game-On” being called immediately following, so make sure you are checked in before then. All players must attend pre-game announcements.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST GAME, you will be *required* to go on a brief "tutorial quest" during which general rules will be reviewed and you will be walked through a combat scenario. You MUST complete this quest before you will be allowed to engage in game-play and combat. This will begin after general announcements have been made and "Game-On" is called. IF YOU HAVE NOT ARRIVED BY 11AM, you will miss the tutorial and not be allowed to join gameplay for that event. Please let us know if you think you may be late, and we will try to work with you.

Please bring anything you might need to make this event safe and fun, such as sunscreen, bug repellant, food, and water!
