Join us for our third Olumyeri Festival (Halloween Event)! Our event will take place from 6PM Friday, October 21st through 10AM Sunday, October 23rd at Fort Eversgerd in Germantown, IL. Parking is limited, so *carpooling is highly encouraged*. Bathroom available on site.

Our game will take place over the weekend starting with a tavern night on Friday, a full day of gameplay on Saturday, and camping from Friday night through Sunday morning for those interested, weather permitting. When you arrive, please check-in with one of the GMs. Check-in for Friday night camping and tavern night will begin at 6PM on Friday, with "Game-On" being called around 8PM. If you plan on camping, please respect quiet hours from 1AM until 7AM.

Saturday morning check-in for the game will begin at 8AM. If you haven't already, please turn in a signed waiver. This event costs $20 per person, plus an extra $5 to camp overnight. ALL weapons and shields will need to pass a safety-check prior to the beginning of the event. If you don't have your own weapon, there will be some available for rent. Pre-game announcements will begin around 9AM on Saturday with “Game-On” being called immediately following, so make sure you are checked in before then. All players must attend pre-game announcements.

If this is your first game, please arrive no later than 9:30AM on Saturday as you will be required to go on a brief "tutorial quest" during which general rules will be reviewed and you will be walked through a combat scenario. You MUST complete this quest before you will be allowed to engage in game-play and combat. Please bring a photo ID, a signed wavier, and proof of vaccination (if available). 

Please bring anything you might need to make this event safe and fun, such as sunscreen, bug repellant, food, and water!
